MA: Boston Skeptics Book Club: Better Angels of Our Nature

Home/Book Clubs/MA: Boston Skeptics Book Club: Better Angels of Our Nature

Those of you who read along with Mary’s Skepchick Book Club might be interested in participating in the live companion book club in Cambridge, hosted by Boston Skeptics.

The next meeting is December 14, 3:00 p.m., Harvard’s Northwest Science Building, 52 Oxford Street, Cambridge. You can RSVP on the Facebook event page, although this is not required. Bring a snack to share if you are able.

This means you still have almost two weeks to read this month’s selection, Steven Pinker’s The Better Angels of Our Nature: Why Violence Has Declined.

If the laws of physics or other confounding factors interfere with meeting Mary and the other Boston Skeptics in person, you can still join the online discussion on December 15, when Mary posts about the book. If you are interested in participating in the live event online, drop a comment on Mary’s last book club post over on Skepchick.
